AME's Research is provided electronically through the use of PDF files, and is accessed through our internally developed application named AME Direct. If the publications are saved to your computer and opened outside of AME Direct, a password prompt box appears and requests a password to open the file.

It has been found that the use of Adobe Acrobat Professional has caused interference with the display of the publications, and also requests a password when viewing the research.

If you have downloaded and installed AME Direct on your computer, you may find the error message appear when you attempt to open AME Direct:
"Path/File access error (75)"
